General Questions

Everything you might be wondering about who we are and who this space is for.

What is Rhythm & Flow Studio?
Rhythm & Flow Studio is a boutique dance and fitness space created as a sanctuary for women and to provide a supportive community. It’s a place to move, express, restore, and remember your own strength.
What makes your studio different?
We’re more than a workout—our classes weave together rhythm, embodiment, and sisterhood. We focus on nervous-system-friendly movement, emotional support, and the kind of community where you feel seen and welcomed. We also have a play space for little ones that is available for some of our classes.
Who are your classes for?
Our classes are for women and folks who feel called to a women-centered space, whether you’re brand-new to movement or deeply experienced. If you’re longing for a gentler, more soulful way to be in your body, you belong here.
Is the studio beginner-friendly?
Yes. We love welcoming beginners and “I haven’t moved in a while” humans. You’ll receive guidance, options, and plenty of encouragement to honor your own pace.

Class Questions

What to expect when you step onto the floor with us.

Do I need dance or fitness experience?
No. You don’t have to “know what you’re doing” to walk through our door. Classes are designed so you can learn step-by-step, explore, and reconnect with movement in a safe, supportive way.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
You’ll find dance fitness, bellydance series, expressive movement, embodied flow, and women’s wellness experiences. Some offerings are energizing and playful; others are grounding and restorative.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear clothing that feels comfortable and lets you move freely—think leggings, soft layers, and anything that makes you feel like yourself. Bring water and a small towel if you’d like. If a class uses props or special items, they will be provided.
I’m nervous about being judged. What is the environment like?
Our intention is that you feel welcomed, never judged. We celebrate all bodies, all journeys, and all seasons of life. You’ll be invited to listen inward first before performing outward.
Can I modify movements if I’m pregnant, healing, or have limitations?
Yes. You are always encouraged to adjust, rest, or choose options that feel right for your body. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or working with injuries, modifications will be offered to help you have the most inclusive experience.
Do you offer private sessions or one-on-one coaching?
Yes, private sessions are available for personalized movement, confidence-building, or deeper wellness support. They’re a beautiful choice if you prefer a more intimate, tailored experience.

Booking & Attendance

The practical bits for reserving your spot with ease.

How do I reserve my spot?
You can sign up through our online booking system and class schedule. Each class has clear details so you know what to expect before you arrive.
Do I need to register in advance, or can I drop in?
We recommend registering in advance so we can hold space for you and keep our classes cozy. If drop-ins are available for a specific class, you’ll see that noted in the listing.
What happens if I can’t make it to class?
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines are listed in the booking details so you know exactly what to expect.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive a little early so you can breathe, settle in, and transition from “busy” to “present” before class begins.
The Experience

Studio Experience & Sisterhood

A little about the feeling, the community, and the seasons of life we hold space for.

What is the vibe of the studio?
Think soft, welcoming, and grounded—with a thread of joy and playfulness. Rhythm & Flow Studio is intentionally designed as a space where you can exhale, move, and connect with others in a spirit of sisterhood.
Is this truly a women-centered space?
Yes. Our studio and programming are rooted in women’s wellness, embodiment, and empowerment. Many classes and circles are intentionally created for women and those who feel at home in women-focused spaces.
Will I feel out of place if I come alone?
You’re warmly welcome whether you arrive with friends or solo. Many women come alone and leave feeling more connected, supported, and seen than when they arrived.
Do you host workshops, women’s circles, or special events?
Yes. Throughout the year we may offer women’s circles, specialty workshops, and community gatherings. These experiences deepen the sense of connection beyond regular weekly classes.
I’m coming from a tender season (postpartum, grief, transition). Is this space for me?
Absolutely. Many women join us while moving through tender chapters of life. You’re invited to come as you are; movement and community can be powerful companions during times of change.
