My name is Michelle Leigh Vazquez.
I support women who feel overwhelmed by their never-ending to-do lists and are struggling to take better care of themselves.
Through personalized wellness rituals centered on daily movement, mindfulness, and a touch of magic, I help women reclaim their sensuality and make self-care a meaningful priority.

You wake up to yet another day of high hopes of all the things you are going to get done—including the little bit of time you have carved out this morning to finally start your new self-care routine.
Only you are greeted with your toddler’s nose starting to run and a hot fever emerging from your own forehead… 🤒
Your boss emails you with a special request she needs you to tackle before you get in the office…
Oh, and your grade schooler’s forgotten homework suddenly appears and has to be completed in the next 30 minutes before the bus comes!
Or as you walk by the mirror midday, you wince because you do not even recognize the women gazing back at you...
(“Is THAT what my body looks like now? What IS this outfit I am wearing?? Gosh, I should at least put on some lipstick, brush my hair, and actually care about what I look like…" sigh)... 💄
So you start to fantasize about going to the gym or on a shopping spree with your girlfriends, but then immediately decide that it's not worth worrying about since you aren't trying to impress anyone, especially not yourself.
Or you get home late and exhausted from your long day at work and the last thing you feel like doing is cooking dinner again (much less squeezing in a workout! 😂)…
So you guiltily reach for another convenience meal out of the freezer so that you can try to catch up with everybody else’s needs over a "relaxed" sit down family dinner…
But instead of enjoying the conversation, you end up listening to your family complain about not liking the food which just leaves you secretly wanting to disappear out the back door to catch up with yourself since no one has bothered to ask you, "how are you doing?"
Oh, do I know how defeating all of this feels!

Just how are you supposed to regularly make time for YOU while juggling all of the responsibilities that come with modern womanhood?
Somehow, we are expected to be breadwinners, babymakers, caregivers, and lovers...and all while trying to keep little humans alive (or not so little ones 🤪).
And let's not forget all the needs of your significant other, your parents, your friends, your boss, and your pets that usually come before your own, too.
Don't people realize that you hardly get a moment to enjoy your coffee while it's still hot much less have the time to give yourself a proper manicure on a regular basis?! ☕️

Truthfully, I’m walking it right alongside you—navigating the wild terrain of womanhood, too.
Like you, I’ve lost and found myself countless times, especially after the birth of each of my four children. With every transformation, I’ve collided with walls of frustration, overwhelm, and the ache of feeling invisible—moments so heavy I nearly surrendered to them.
The old proverb, “this, too, shall pass,” has been my saving grace and has quietly carried me through more storms than I can count in my 28 years of motherhood. 😜
But when you feel yourself drowning in the middle of life’s mayhem, it’s nearly impossible to hold onto that wisdom. When you can barely catch your breath, it’s easy to believe your needs don’t matter at all.
And when over-giving leaves you feeling like a stranger to yourself and your inner being feels like it is dying a slow death, just idly waiting for the time to pass is not a viable solution, either. 😔
Something has to give... but it doesn't have to be YOU!

It took me a long time to fully understand why I was experiencing this disconnect in my reality. With the birth of each of my children, I struggled with trying to get my old self back again (and this went on for many years postpartum 🤦♀️).
I didn't really know how to honor my journey. I also couldn't acknowledge that I was in a constant state of change, so I clung to the me that I knew before and wanted so badly to go back to being.
But the truth is there is no "old self"...there is only NEW!!
When I finally surrendered and embodied this truth, I dropped the struggle and started having fun with exploring this new—and always evolving—me!
After a while, I discovered that not only do I really like her, but I have a responsibility to take care of her needs every single day so that I can comfortably BE her in the present moment.
And this is what I want for you, too... to truly own and honor who you are NOW so that you can start living your womanhood like the divine goddess you've come here to be. 💖

I am a dancer, teacher, mentor, leader, and an ancient wisdom seeker—and above all, a devoted mother!
I draw inspiration from all things divine and feminine. 🌙
I get lit up about motherhood, especially how American culture pretty much disregards our life-altering journeys into becoming mothers—the sacred transition known as matrescence.
I also believe we have lost touch with the healing power provided by ritual and ceremony, the very arts that once held our journeys in reverence.
My deepest calling is to restore these feminine rhythms and forgotten rites of passage, offering circles, classes, and coaching that invite women to reconnect with their inner goddess to embody their authentic wellness.

Here are some of my life experiences from which I draw inspiration and expertise:

I am a multi-generational mama who's had four kids in four decades—yep... 1997, 2001, 2018, 2020!! I've also been a married, stay-at-home mom and a single, work-at-the-office mom and everything in between.
✧
I cofounded a community full moon drum circle on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1996 with my ex-husband and helped facilitate it for 9 years. It provided a creative space for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience rhythm and ritual together, and it is still going strong 29 years later!

I worked as a volunteer La Leche League Leader for 10 years providing moms with pregnancy, breastfeeding, and mothering support both over the phone and at monthly group meetings in Mississippi and New Mexico.

My first-born (now 28 years old!) daughter is on the autism spectrum, and it was the tending to her high needs that shaped me into the fierce parenting advocate that I am today.

I've been a bellydancer for 25 years, and I am passionate about the sensual power, fluidity, musicality, and emotional release this feminine dance modality provides. I've performed professionally since 2007 and will gladly teach this enchanting dance to you, too.

In addition to dance, fitness has been a long-standing lifestyle and obsession of mine from Pilates to Crossfit. I once certified as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor with NAHRA (now Path Intl.), and I am currently a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

I have been on a self-study journey of holistic health, whole foods nutrition, natural living, earth-based spirituality, exercise science, attachment parenting, womanly wellness, and communication my entire adult life. We are talking hundreds of books plus dozens of conferences, trainings, and courses.

I officially hold two Associate Degrees —one in Preparatory Science and the other in Media Arts (I love to nurture both my scientific and artistic sides!). I also started working towards a Bachelors in Communication a few years back.

I worked professionally as a graphic designer and marketing specialist for 12 years within both an agency and a freelance capacity. This experience turned me into a master problem solver—I've been nicknamed "the Queen of Logistics."

I am now a Certified Life Coach and 6-Phase Meditation Trainer with Evercoach by Mindvalley which has provided me with top notch ICF-accredited education in the field of coaching coupled with an enormous toolbox from which to draw support.

I am also a Certified Women's Circle Facilitator with Sistership Circle and host online circles through Heart Wisdom Sister Circle. I am currently working towards a certification in the Feminine Freedom Method of trauma-informed embodiment coaching.

For you Western astrology folks, I am a double Libra (ruling both my sun and moon) with a Sagittarius rising, and most of my planets are in the tenth house. For the rest of you, this just means that I am a seeker of pleasure with a ton of ambition striving for the perfect balance between the two. 🔥

I was raised in the Deep South, moved to the Wild West, and now reside in the South Pacific. 🌅

I’ve had two hospital births and two home births with two batches of kids that I’ve had with two husbands from two different cultures over the span of two generations and two centuries which almost feels like having lived two entirely different lives. You could say that I've been around the block a time or TWO. 🤪

I have a natural love for all animals and “mothered” so many pets as a kid that I thought I wanted to be a vet when I grew up. Instead, I became a young mom who kept collecting pets. Currently, I have two Siamese cats named Duke and Duchess and a Standard Poodle named Valentino. 🐩

The horse is my spirit animal. I am enamored with horses and have been fortunate to have lived my dream of owning one in my adult life…something I hope to do again in my golden years. 🐎

Although I was brought up Catholic, I am not religious. Rather, I am deeply spiritual with a curious mix of science-based reasoning and woo. But I do owe my fascination with ritual to Catholicism. 🕯

As a designer, I am infinitely fascinated with patterns which has fueled my interest in archetypes. I also resonate with the concept of the Divine Feminine (as well as the Divine Masculine!) for I believe we are all an integral part of God, so I am not afraid to use the word "goddess" liberally in my musings. 🌹

I’ve been married, divorced, single, engaged, unengaged, dating, friends with benefits, lonely, in a serious relationship, pregnant out of wedlock, remarried, and everything in between. The upside is that I do know a thing or two about relationships, especially what makes them not work. 😂

I love my chocolate and my coffee dark (as well as my man…lol!) ☕️

I was a talkative yet incredibly shy child who secretly wanted to be popular in school. Later in my youth, I became quite outspoken and rebellious which still describes my personality today and why I consider myself an extrovert despite battling with bouts of crippling insecurity. 📣

For those who geek out on personality tests, my Human Design type is a 5/1 Splenic Projector, my Enneagram is 1, my personality type is Rebel, and my Myers-Briggs type is ENFJ/P (I seem to be evolving…☺️).
